2019 Trail Ride Dates are posted on our Trail Ride Schedule Page Blue Marsh reschedule date is October 13th (July 27th was cancelled) Blue Marsh is in Bernville, PA hosted by Kate Kurtz rsvp 610-507-2617. Pam Howard & Sharon Hardy will host club members at the MD League of Horsemen later in the year - this August 3rd ride cancelled due to expected strong storm. Camping is available at the League. Dues are Due . . . . remember to renew your NEMHC Membership – it’s only $15 for a single and $25 for a family. Your club offers many fun events including clinics and education opportunities, group trail rides, a trail ride program with milestone awards and a show program. Membership Form Membership runs January 1st – December 31st

Our 2018-2019 trail ride year has already begun. It’s easy to track you miles we calculate 4 miles per hour – so all you have to do is keep track of the time and turn in your tracking sheet. The tracking sheet can be e-mail, or mailed to Gayle Brown at the end of each month. Gale_br@comcast.net or 717-624-2151 give her a call with any questions. This is a free program to our members must ride a gaited horse (no longer must be a mountain horse just be a member)

A few 2018 & 2019. Club Show rule change for Ride for Roses shows: Mountain Horses may cross enter from the Country Trail Division to the Trail Division and may cross enter from the Trail Division to the Classic Division. Spotted Mountain Horses may show in all the MH – Mountain Horse classes. You can show with only front shoes in the MH classes. Make plans to give it a try in 2019.

Keep sending in those trail miles for our trail program (miles are accumulated by time – 4 miles per hour) find a log sheet on our club website. Awards are give at 50, 100, 500, 1000 & 2000 miles. New Year started October 15th.
Congratulations to the 2017 Ride For Roses High Point Winners, we had great participation in our Mountain Horse divisions and many other divisions including Model, Country Pleasure, All Day Pleasure, Open Beginner, SSH Open Trail and Racking. I’ve attached the division winners, congratulation and thank you for a great show series.
